Would be nice to have image stabilization and a 2.8 vs a 4 but these come at a high cost. If you can live with F4 then this is the lens to buy in the 70-200mm range! With the 1.6 ratio of the D60 it turns into a 112-320mm lens.

Weaknesses:  Cheap construction, slightly soft
Review:  Only 2 weeks usage, but I am generally pleased with the lens. It's not great, but it is a budget level lens, so expectations should not be high. Considered the 70-300IS also, but at 2x cost, did not think it was worth it, and prefer to have 55 on the short end rather than 70. Recommended, for what it is.

Weaknesses:  Auto focus slightly noisy. Auto focus hunts slightly in low light.
Review:  Love this lens. Very good alternative to the more expensive Canon brand. Good performance across focal range and across aperture range.
