not good at customer service

Strengths: cameras good

Weakness: customer service very poor. not easy to setup

it took over 30 min. each time we called left phone # and did not get a call back. when called they said we would have send camera and cable leaving with out good security. would not send replacement till they check out turned to dvr. have auto working but with what is going can not be with out dvr for our security. why would they put us at risk. customer service they had to this way at our and...
