Panasonic SDR-H60 60GB Hard Drive Camcorder
Strengths: Camcorder is veritile. Excellent camera, excellent quality
Weakness: No weaknesses that I know of.
Plenty of hard drive space, very easy to use controls, simple-to-the-point shooting with plenty of zoom. Plus this has the SD card option along with the HDD which is where many of the new camcorders are moving. Nice to have both in one camera and we switch from our still camera to the camcorder with the same card.

Strengths: 50xzoom,OIS,hard drive.
Weakness: Shocking picture when played back.
When played back on 3 seperate tvs the picture quality is shocking.Very disappointed with this camcorder and i have reverted to using my previous camcorder (NV-GS35) with mini dv tapes,optical zoom only 30x but picture quality is far superior.

Excellent budget camcorder
Strengths: Optical image stabilization. 50x optical zoom. Easy to use software.
Weakness: Not HD. Little bit of audio noise.
I love this camcorder. Some reviews from the internet say that the software is horrible. I was a little bit worried, but when I got it, I have no idea why they said so. I have two computers, one running windows xp professional with sp3. The other running windows vista ultimate with sp1. On both systems, I installed the software using standard procedures.
