Pelican Mini-S Watertight Travel Hard Case

Great product. I bought it for...

Strengths: Very resistant under hard conditions. Easy to open and close, making the access to cameras, etc very fast.

Great product. I bought it for keeping my camcorder during the river trips, and had no problems so far. We dumped the boat a few times, but the pelican case was completely dry inside. Would buy again!

I can't imagine spending hundreds...

Strengths: This case will hold up to anything I would subject it to.

Weakness: None

I can't imagine spending hundreds of dollars on a new camera and then not spending the extra money for a Pelican case to protect it. I work in law enforcement and we put a camera in every squad. We insist on Pelican cases because they protect our equipment in all weather and from all the abuses they are subjected to in the squad car. We have never been disappointed in this product.

Pelican 1200 Black Case w/ Pick 'N Pluck Foam

Strengths: Durability, Protection, Pick 'N Pluck Foam, Purge Valve, Definitely Air-Tight!

Weakness: Pick 'N Pluck Foam should be Pick 'N Pull Foam ~ Mine wasn't cube shaped like I had thought. It's more like post shaped that is the whole thickness of the foam, but it still worked for me.

This is an excellent case for carrying just about anything you want to keep air-tight. I bought it to store equipment for my guns so I could store it in a non-controlled environment and it works perfectly. This was the perfect week to test as it was hot during the day and cold at night. The purge valve was one thing that sold me as it prevents any kind of moisture build up within the case should...

This is an excellent case for carrying just about anything you want to keep air-tight. I bought it to store equipment for my guns so I could store it in a non-controlled environment and it works perfectly. This was the perfect week to test as it was hot during the day and cold at night. The purge valve was one thing that sold me as it prevents any kind of moisture build up within the case should the environmental conditions ever become extreme (which I highly doubt will ever happen in my area). Overall, I highly recommend this case. This was the first one I bought, kind of as a trial run to see if it could handle what I was planning for it and it more than met my expectations. It's a little pricier than some other brands, but the quality and lifetime warranty make it well worth the money. I'm definitely going to be purchasing many more of these in various sizes over the next few months!

A lifetime warranty , watterproof and crush proof ...what else could you want?

This is my fourth Pelican case, so that should be an indication of my satisfaction with the product. Why do I buy Pelican everytime I need to buy a new case for my electronic equipment? Because I won't EVER have to buy another case for that equipment. In fact the electronic equipment will get replaced many times over, and I will continue to use the case year after year...for the rest of my life....

You can drive a car on top of it, and nothing will happen to it. You can throw it off the board of a boat, and nothing will happen to the equipment inside....and Pelican knows it so well that they offer a lifetime warranty. In fact the US Military uses this cases....So I will NOT consider ANY other case for my electronic equipment, because those won't last the test of time, and this ones DO. The only problem with this cases is that they are heavy...even when empty.
