Great camera with good kit lens
Strengths:  kit lens is better than before, 3 inch lcd, live view
Weaknesses:  not worth 300 more to upgrade from xti
Review:  bought this for my wife, but she thinks it's not worth the extra 300 to upgrade from xti. It has better pixel which doesn't matter anyway. Live view helps a little but not whole lot. The kie lens is way better than the xti kit lens. Should have waited for sometime till the price come down a little bit.

awesome camera for new parents
Strengths:  fast shutter release; easy to use, yet many features to for experimentation
Weaknesses:  would prefer to have the mode wheel
Review:  I have a few digital point and shoot, but none is fast enough to capture the priceless baby moments with my first kid. With another kid coming, we're sure not to miss any more. Easy enough for a novice, yet has enough features for more serious amateurs. Perfect combination for me.

Great camera
Strengths:  Very quick response time and gerat looking pictures. When coupled with a good zoom, the quality is amazing.
Weaknesses:  I am still trying to find the right setting for some pictures when when zooming during nightime indoor events.
Review:  I have found the camera easy to use. Quick response and repeat time enabled great pics to be taken during the NYC marathon yeaterday. Great overall camera. Definitely recommend to anyone to buy.

Weaknesses:  Blurry edges with minimal motion?
