Strengths: Great pictures. I like it because the lense is fixed and does not moto out when camera is turned on.
Weakness: None that I have found yet.
I have used for about a week and I am very happy with the camera and feel that it is a great value.I like the touch screen and the fixed lense.I think the black color is cool to.
Strengths: good multi-functional, touch-screen digital camera with lots of features and functions and options
Weakness: i believe it came on the market for 3-4 weeks, then got replaced by another model...???!!!!
i bought this when it first came on the market for ~$300, and every week after that the price dropped, and now it's not even being sold any longer because this model is already obsolete and is replaced by the t700... i don't understand why sony makes these things, knowing very well that with technology the way it is these days, and knowing very well how the competition is... they still sell these...

The Sony Cybershot DSC-T500 is 10.1 megapixel released in late September, 2008, and Sonys first digital camera capable of recording HD video. It shares many of the hardware specifications as the previously released Sony Cybershot DSC-T700 (10.1 megapixels, 3.5-inch touch-screen LCD, optical image stabilization), drops the 4GB of internal memory, but adds MPEG4 AVC/H.264 video capable of capturing...

The Sony Cybershot T300 is a camera with pleasant features, an ultra-large sized monitor and a very own way of operation. A camera that lets you stand out with a successful design. After testing the Sony Cybershot DSC-T300 technically as well as in practice, we have come to a conclusion with mixed feelings. The concept is successful as far as we're concerned, however, in relation to the image...

Thin, compact and feature-laden, the 10.1-megapixel Sony Cyber-shot T300 handles a range of situations quite well, with fun, unique bonus features like smile detection, creative post-capture filters, and an Easy shooting mode for beginners. Its 5x zoom lens gives the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T300 good framing flexibility, and its wide 3.5-inch touch-screen LCD is fun to use. A good selection of scene...

Sony Cybershot DSC-T300/B Digital Camera
Strengths: Compact design! 10.1MP!
Weakness: No viewfinder! Fingerprints on screen...
The Sony Cybershot DSC-T300/B is a nice digital camera when you're on the go. Its compact design lets you put it in your pocket or small bag. This camera takes pretty good pictures, not as good as a DSLR, but one of the best point-in-shoot cameras. It has face detection and alot of other features. I don't like the fact that it doesn't have a view finder because when you're taking pictures on a...
