We got this camera so that my wife would have something to carry around in her purse. We are youth leaders at our church, and rather than potentially ruining our nice camera, we decided to purchase a smaller, less expensive model for youth outings. Plus, it's always nice to have a camera around. We're pretty pleased with the pictures thus far. Sure, they aren't as good as our Panasonic Lumix, but...

I really like the Samsung Camera. It takes real nice pictures. Great for a person who likes to take alot of pictures in the daylight. It dosen't take good pictures at night.

Brite Pink Samsung S860
Strengths: easy to use
Weakness: buttons difficult to understand
Even though I am not techno-savvy, I was able to set up the camera, take, download and touch up pictures without use of the instruction book. Markings on buttons are confusing and for that I do need the book and my glasses. The built-in memory only holds 5 pictures. People do notice the color! I am enjoying my first digital camera.
