Nice camera, perfect for outdoors
Strengths: wide angle, 5x zoom, HD video, works underwater, customizable controls.
Weakness: images are somewhat noisy, HD video only 15fps
This camera can deliver decent quality, if you use it properly. 28mm-equivalent wide angle is a big plus. I recommend reducing sharpness and contrast to address noise issue a bit, but this may only be critical if you print big pictures or crop your images a lot. Controls are quite good. Green button can be configured to serve as Fn and give you quick access to camera settings.
