Strengths: Extremely "idiot" proof. When you take time to read the manual you can go beyond simple snapshot taking to beautifully enhanced pictures.
Weakness: The small video card when purchased.
It is an extremely tough little camera. Mine went through a traffic accident un-cased without a problem. The Leica lens is well protected and when using rechargeable Ni-MH batteries it's the cheapest camera I've ever owned to operate. The ease at which it hooks up to your computer, your t.v. or direct to a printer is fantastic. AN EXCELLENT CAMERA
Strengths: Excellent zoom, slick appearance
Weakness: None !
This camera is an excellent 4.0 megapixel camera, image quality is excellent due to the integrated Leica Lens. Ive been in the photography game for a long time and ive never none a compact camera to perform so well. Feels excellent in the hand and the doesnt use to much battery power too quickly.
Strengths: Excellent pictures Very light weight simple and easy to operate uses batteries which can be obtained everywhere batteries can be charged with cheap chargers
Weakness: None that I can think of. Many would say perhaps the plastic case, however the plastic seems strong and reduces the weight.
An excellent little camera for the money. The camera is so small and light weight that one forgets they have it on their person. Takes great pictures.
Strengths: Compact size, FAST startup, great picture quality, uses AA batteries - not proprietary!
Weakness: 16MB memory card, no aperture or shutter priority modes, no manual mode
This is a very nice camera that takes GREAT pictures! The size is very comfortable in your hand and the menu is very easy to navigate. It only takes 2 seconds from the time you turn the camera on til you're ready to take a photo - pretty quick! The only knocks are the miniscule SD card that is included with the camera - 16MB! Why do manufacturer's still go with such a small, useless card on a...
Strengths: Easy to use. Size.
Weakness: Memory card small.
I'm not an expert photographer, so many functions are still a mistery, but I like this camera because it can be used in "easy" or "advanced" configurations. I'm happy for my purchase.

MVP from hamilton ontario
Strengths: Very easy camera to understand and operate the video is awesome for a camera since you have no need to carry a camcorder around when you have a 256mb card or higher with you
Weakness: Fighting over who gets to take the images be it still or video
You cant go wrong for purchasing a camera with these features without going out and spending a big buck. There is no need for the average joe to need anything else but a digital camera with these features. It it great how you can video something and watch it back in moving image just like the guy who is carrying around the camera and camcorder and bags of equipment and so on ,where you have 1...
