This camera is not worth the money...the megapixels make it very difficult to download pictures online. It stopped working properly within months after purchase...I am very disappointed in this Nikon product...I should have stuck with Canon but I got taken by the Nikon commercials and wanted a change in cameras I have used Fuji and Canon in the past and was very pleased with them...Buydig.com...
THE GOOD: Nice photos; wide-angle lens; attractive design; plenty of shooting options. THE BAD: Very slow performance; menu systems, navigation takes practice; no optical zoom in Movie mode. THE BOTTOM LINE: If it wasnt so slow, the Nikon Coolpix S710 would be a very good high-end, full-featured ultracompact.

I bought for 1 week. The quality of the photo is good. However, when I take a photo after pressing the shutter, the LCD turned into dark for at least 1 to 2 seconds. In addition, although the LCD can auto display the photo at right angle, however, if I view this photo with zoom, it takes at least two seconds processing and the LCD displays with "Pls wait" message..... Seems that Nikon has to put...
