Strengths: The AF function I liked the most. The LCD is pretty good and the model itself is pretty cool!
Weakness: The only weakness I see is, the model from backside looks kinda toyish. I'd have liked it better if the lense would come out when the camera is switched on.
I have taken atleast 150 pictures so far with this camera. They are awesome! I got those printed as well. I can see almost all the colors in the background. The battery life is good as well. I think this isa real good camera for a great price.
Strengths: fast and light
Weakness: plasticly
Konica Minolta z10 is well camera for that price. The $200 for 8x zoom 3.2 mpix is unbeatable. In addition, there is no compact digital camera that can beat z10 price. Good choice!!!
Strengths: Great optical zoom, Quick autofocus, Superb ergonomics, Multible exposure modes - great for moving objects, Decent battery life - runs on AA's, viewfinder
Weakness: Cheap construction - doesn't feel very solid, Suffers in the video mode.
One of the best digital cameras for the amateur photographer, moving up from film SLR's. Great SLR like feel, superb zoom, quick photographs and adequate manual overrides which perform brilliantly. Great battery life coupled with the convenience of AA's allows practically limitless photography, memory permitting. Pretty decent macro mode, simple manual focus to allow for those crisp close ups....
Strengths: Good battery life with great optical zoom price. Performace comparable to that of Canon Power shot.
Weakness: Nil
Sleek, simple and easy to use. Good battery life with great optical zoom at a cheaper price. Performace comparable to that of Canon Power shot. I would recommend the camera for its best performance.

Konica Minolta's long-zoom "Z" series digicams have made a name for themselves with sharp optics, good images, and low prices. The new DiMAGE Z10 is the new entry-level model in the line, and is one of the cheapest digicams currently on the market with an 8x zoom lens. I wasn't wild about its highly-saturated color and high contrast, but if you like bright, vibrant color more than I do, the Z10...

Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z10 3.2 Megapixel Bridge Camera
Strengths: Great value for money. This camera can do a LOT for the price -- great zoom, SLR like manual controls, and pretty low shutter lag. Controls and menu are intuitive. A winner in it's price class!
Weakness: Feels a little plasticky and cheap; Autofocus not so hot in low light; No audio in video mode; only 16 MB SD card provided; No image stabilizer. But hey, for $200, nothing else comes close!
I come from an SLR background, but am not yet ready to shell out the big bucks for a digital SLR. The Z10 gives me what I need (high optical zoom, low shutter lag, manual controls for more creative photography, as well as automatic overrides for point and shoot simplicity) while keeping the price nice and low. Sure, it's only a 3 MP camera, but that will more than suffice for my standard...
