Strengths: ALL PURPOSE, VIDEO, STILLS , ALL KINDS OF SETTINGS, BUILT IN INSTRUCTIONS. SHALL I GO ON, BECAUSE I CAN.
Weakness: WHEN I FIND ONE I WILL LET YOU KNOW
THIS IS GREAT CAMERA AT ANY PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I JUST DID A PHOTO SHOOT (NOVICE THAT I AM ) AND THE PICTURES WILL APPEAR ON A BILLBOARD, THIS CAMERA SHOOTS AT HIGHER THAN 8 MEGA PIXELS. I LOVE THIS CAMERA.OH YEAH, AND IT'S RECHARGABLE.I FORGOT HOW STURDY IT IS I DROPPED ON BLACK TOP FROM AT LEAST 5FT AND IT STILL WORKED PERFECTLY!!!!!!!
Strengths: Small and easy to take anywhere. Takes fabulous photos, and is very easy to use. Recharges instead of using batteries. love it, love it love it
Weakness: can't think of any
On a recent trip to Colorado, I just stuck my arm out the window, and took some really great photos. I love the fact that the zoom is inside the camera.

A Nicer Design But ...
Strengths: Large LCD. Comprehensive list of functions. Ease of use.
Weakness: Takes really bad pictures even at ISO 100. Despite having 8 megapixels, the photos taken are unsuitable for printing beyond a 4x5.
HP put a lot of thought into the design of this camera and did a very good job. Then they turned around and ruined the entire effort with a very bad CCD element. There is noticable noise in photos taken even at the slowest ISO 100 setting. The camera is a dream to use ... it just takes crappy pictures.
