The high resolution, 10.1 Megapixel Exilim Zoom EX-Z200 features an Exilim series first - a 4x optical zoom lens that can shoot as wide as 28 mm . Also, in addition to the usual recognition technologies, the intelligence of this camera has been enhanced. It incorporates automatic scene differentiation and allows the shutter to be released automatically. This camera also includes CCD shift anti shake function.

Solidly built
Strengths: Great Movies with good sound. Good Day Shots. Tons of features. Optical Stabilization. Very pocketable.
Weakness: Complicated menu system. Somewhat noisy pictures. Picures not sharp.
While it is a solidly built camera, the picture quality is sub-par compared to the Canon and Panasonic camera I own. I love the movie/video mode on this camera which has pretty good sound quality (almost as good as Canons and very much better than Panasonic's_. But the pictures taken by this camera are noisier. The picture quality seem only as good as my other 8MP cameras. Good points about this...

Strengths: Multi-functions and various picture taking options.
Weakness: Pictures aren't very clear.
This camera is poorly built, don't anticipate to have it for a long time. Even though it has lots of EXTRA features on it the picture quality is not up to par. I have used this inside of a gym for a Holiday party and the pictures came out poor even with choosing the right mode. In order to take pictures there is a 2 step shutter system and a delay when taking the next shot. Not very good for...
