Like the SD20 before it, the Canon PowerShot SD30 Digital ELPH is what I'd call a "second camera". I don't think it's suitable to be the camera you use for all occasions, especially indoor flash shooting. But if you want something small that's great for quick outdoor photos then the SD30 is worth a look.

Strengths: I love the shape, size, color, functionality etc.. It's everything I could ask for.
Weakness: Low battery life (if applicable - please see comments below)
I think my first one was defective. It would say "change the battery pack" after 10 minutes of usage (taking approx 10 pix). So I just returned it and ordered a new one. I wanted to give it another try since I loved the camera so much! If this one turns out to cause problems I think I will have to come back and change my review. Thanks. Hulya
