I do a lot of video editing and my main concern was the possibility to convert the MPEG file from the camcorder to a AVI file for better quality editing. Why would you design a fairly high-end camera that isn't compatible with widely used and accepted software such as Adobe Premier Pro or Windows Media Player. I am returning the unit.
