Great Camcorder
Strengths: Great in low light, 30X optical zoom, easy to use, and a good size.
Weakness: The battery that comes with it is only 45 mins long, but thats most camcorders.
I love this camcorder. Very easy to use. My girlfriends and I have made some nice home videos, and the low light quality is great. Very happy with it, highly recommend it. Just get a longer lasting battery!!

Strengths: Nice size and like that it takes photos along with recording on dvd - instructions were easy to follow and liked the quick use pamphlet to carry with you for reference on trips

Bought this to take dvds of Disney parades and fireworks on vacations. Like the 30X optical zoom - easy to follow instructions. Have had JVC in the past and a Canon mini-dv and am looking forward to just popping the disc into the dvd player. Thought the price was reasonable with all the extras included. Purchased extra battery as backup.
