Amazing little machine
Strengths: Easy to learn, great clear pictures, small enough to carry everywhere
Weakness: Not great in darker rooms, joystick control not sturdy
This is a small package containing everything you may want in amateur video. Takes clear pictures and videos. Large swivel viewer makes centering photos easy. MP3 player downloads music well. Software easy to load and use. Joystick controls modes. Photo slideshow is awesome. Can take pictures in black and white and sepia formats as well directly from the camera menu.
Good camera/camcorder for the money
Strengths: Multiple features, lightweight
Weakness: No optical zoom, no opticalimage stabilization
Great camcorder to carry around all the time or to give to a kid. Add a 2GB SD card and you also have a 2GB MP3 player/recorder, which if bought separately costs more than half of the cost of this camcorder + 2Gb SD card. Video is OK in daylight.

Good camera for the money
Strengths: Price
Weakness: Video is good quality but jerky and the fps might rely on a fast SD card
It really is good value for money. I can take it with me wherever I go when I couldn't be bothered to get a proper camcorder ready. It's also really easy to get photos, video onto computer and even dvd. That's why I use it far more than my proper camcorder.
