Review:  This is the ideal battery to use with the Sound Devices 7xx portable recorders. With 6600mAh, the NP-970 yields about six hours of audio recording time. I think this one is the highest capacity Sony offers - though some other brands claim to go higher. I'm glad I found a good price out there.
